DYNMX Records is a brand owned and operated by Symple Dynamics, based in Mumbai, India. This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit dynmxrecords.com.
The short version: we don’t run visitor accounts, we don’t sell your data, we don’t store contact form messages in a database, and we don’t use advertising trackers. The only information collected is anonymous website analytics and — if you choose to write to us — the message you send.

DYNMX Records (“DYNMX”, “we”, “us”) is an independent music label, and a brand owned and operated by Symple Dynamics, Mumbai, India. Symple Dynamics is responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

What we collect
Automatically, when you browse
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate. It records things like which pages you visit, roughly where in the world you are, your device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. It also records four specific actions, so we can tell what people actually enjoy: playing a track preview, clicking through to a streaming platform, using the share button, and filtering by genre.
This information is processed by Google; we do not keep our own copy of it on this website. We only ever read it in aggregate — we are trying to learn “this release is getting attention” or “most listeners head to Spotify”, not to identify individual people.
When you contact us
If you use the contact or demo submission form, you provide your name, email address, a topic, your message, and optionally a link to your music. That submission is emailed directly to us. It is not saved into this website’s database. It lives in our email inbox, exactly like any other email you might send us.
What we do not collect
- No visitor accounts, logins or passwords — the site has none.
- No payment or financial information — nothing is sold on this site.
- No comments — the site has no comment system, so no commenter data exists.
- No advertising trackers, retargeting pixels or profiling tools.
- We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.
Cookies
The only cookies this site sets are Google Analytics cookies (_ga and related), used to tell one visit apart from another. There are no advertising cookies.
If you would rather not be counted, you can block cookies in your browser settings, browse privately, or install Google’s official opt-out browser add-on. The site works perfectly well without them.
Third parties
- Google Analytics — website analytics, as described above. Google’s own privacy policy governs what they do with that data.
- Streaming platforms — when you click through to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, JioSaavn or any other platform, you leave this site and that platform’s own privacy policy applies. We have no visibility into what you do there.
- Our web host — as with every website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, request, timestamp) for a short period, for security and reliability.
We do not share your information with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages remain in our email inbox for as long as they are useful to us, and are deleted when they are not. Analytics data is retained by Google under their standard retention settings.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to business@dynmxrecords.com and we will act within a reasonable time.
In practice, for most visitors the honest answer is “an anonymous number in an analytics chart that cannot be traced back to you”. If you have emailed us, that email is yours to have deleted on request.
This policy is written with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act in mind. If you are contacting us from elsewhere and have rights under your local law, tell us and we will do our best to honour them.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update it here and change the date at the top. Material changes will be stated plainly, not buried.
