What changed: our ad campaign pages under /listen/ now also load the Google Ads tag, and our Google Analytics account is linked to our Google Ads account — both explained below. On 20 October 2026 our analytics began counting two more actions — following a link to an artist’s or our own social profile, and successfully sending the contact form (only that it was sent, never what you wrote). On 7 October 2026 we added a section on the camera mirror at /you/ and disclosed the Meta Pixel used on our ad campaign pages under /listen/; an earlier version of this policy said the site used no advertising trackers, which since 1 October 2026 had not been true of those campaign pages.
DYNMX Records is a brand owned and operated by Symple Dynamics, based in Mumbai, India. This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit dynmxrecords.com.
The short version: we don’t run visitor accounts, we don’t sell your data, we don’t store contact form messages in a database, and the camera mirror at /you/ never sends your image anywhere. Most of the site collects only anonymous website analytics and — if you choose to write to us — the message you send. Our ad campaign pages under /listen/ also use the Meta Pixel and the Google Ads tag, explained below.
Who we are
DYNMX Records (“DYNMX”, “we”, “us”) is an independent music label, and a brand owned and operated by Symple Dynamics, Mumbai, India. Symple Dynamics is responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

What we collect
Automatically, when you browse
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate. It records things like which pages you visit, roughly where in the world you are, your device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. It also records eight specific actions, so we can tell what people actually enjoy: playing a track preview, clicking through to a streaming platform, following a link to an artist’s or our own social profile, using the share button, filtering by genre, opening the camera mirror, saving a picture from it, and successfully sending the contact form. These are counts only — no picture or camera image is ever sent, and the contact count never includes your name, email address or message.
This information is processed by Google; we do not keep our own copy of it on this website. We only ever read it in aggregate — we are trying to learn “this release is getting attention” or “most listeners head to Spotify”, not to identify individual people.
On our ad campaign pages (/listen/)
When we run adverts on Facebook or Instagram, they link to simple landing pages whose addresses start with dynmxrecords.com/listen/. Those pages — and only those pages — load the Meta Pixel, Meta’s advertising measurement tool. It tells us whether our ads lead people to listen: Meta receives that you visited the page and whether you tapped through to Spotify or another platform, along with standard technical details such as your browser and IP address. Meta may use this to measure and improve our ads, and may connect it to a Facebook or Instagram account you are logged in to, under Meta’s own privacy policy.
Those pages also load the Google Ads tag. It lets Google Ads measure whether our Google ads lead people to tap through to a streaming platform, and lets us show our ads again to people who have visited these pages (remarketing). Google receives that you visited the page, along with standard technical details such as your browser and IP address, may set advertising cookies (such as _gcl_au), and may connect this to a Google account you are signed in to, under Google’s own privacy policy.
The rest of dynmxrecords.com loads neither the Meta Pixel nor the Google Ads tag. Our Google Analytics account is, however, linked to our Google Ads account, so that a tap through to a streaming platform anywhere on the site can be counted as the result of an ad.
The camera mirror (/you/)
The page at dynmxrecords.com/you can use your device’s camera — but only after you press “Step into the mirror” and allow it in your browser. The camera image is processed entirely inside your browser, on your device, to draw the mirror effect. It is never recorded, never uploaded, never sent to us or anyone else, and never stored. The camera switches off when you press “Leave the mirror”, switch to another tab, or leave the page.
If you press “Save your reflection”, the picture is created on your device and handed to your device’s own save or share option — we never receive it. We count, anonymously, that the mirror was opened and that a picture was saved; never the picture itself.
When you contact us
If you use the contact or demo submission form, you provide your name, email address, a topic, your message, and optionally a link to your music. That submission is emailed directly to us. It is not saved into this website’s database. It lives in our email inbox, exactly like any other email you might send us.
What we do not collect
- No visitor accounts, logins or passwords — the site has none.
- No payment or financial information — nothing is sold on this site.
- No comments — the site has no comment system, so no commenter data exists.
- No advertising trackers anywhere on the site except the Meta Pixel and the Google Ads tag on our /listen/ campaign pages, described above.
- No camera images or recordings — the mirror at /you/ works entirely on your device.
- We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.
Cookies
Across the site, the only cookies set are Google Analytics cookies (_ga and related), used to tell one visit apart from another. On our /listen/ campaign pages only, the Meta Pixel also sets an advertising cookie (_fbp) and the Google Ads tag may set Google advertising cookies (such as _gcl_au); Meta and Google may also read their own cookies if you are signed in to their services.
If you would rather not be counted, you can block cookies in your browser settings, browse privately, or install Google’s official opt-out browser add-on. The site works perfectly well without them.
Third parties
- Google Analytics — website analytics, as described above. Google’s own privacy policy governs what they do with that data.
- Google Ads — the Google Ads tag on our /listen/ campaign pages only, and the link between our Google Analytics and Google Ads accounts, as described above. Google’s own privacy policy governs what they do with that data.
- Meta Platforms — the Meta Pixel on our /listen/ campaign pages only, as described above. Meta’s own privacy policy governs what they do with that data.
- Streaming platforms — when you click through to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, JioSaavn or any other platform, you leave this site and that platform’s own privacy policy applies. We have no visibility into what you do there.
- Our web host — as with every website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, request, timestamp) for a short period, for security and reliability.
We do not share your information with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages remain in our email inbox for as long as they are useful to us, and are deleted when they are not. Analytics data is retained by Google under their standard retention settings, Meta Pixel data by Meta under theirs, and Google Ads data by Google under its advertising settings. Camera images are never kept, because they never leave your device.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to business@dynmxrecords.com and we will act within a reasonable time.
In practice, for most visitors the honest answer is “an anonymous number in an analytics chart that cannot be traced back to you”. If you have emailed us, that email is yours to have deleted on request.
This policy is written with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act in mind. If you are contacting us from elsewhere and have rights under your local law, tell us and we will do our best to honour them.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update it here and change the date at the top. Material changes will be stated plainly, not buried.
